Currently, we only ship within the United States. Our current shipping takes about 3-4 business days after fulfillment and is subject to change daily. Speed depends on product type and destination. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
The majority of our orders ship within 5-8 business days. More than half of our orders ship within four business days or less. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and another once your order ships with a tracking number.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the carrier cannot deliver the items to the provided address, they will return them to us. Most commonly, this is referred to as the ‘wrong address.’ In such an event, please reach out to our support ASAP. If this error is due to an issue on our end, we will re-ship the product for free. Otherwise, you will be liable for reshipment costs once you confirm an updated address.
